The general hiring procedure includes document reviews, written tests, and interviews. Application methods for each screening phase may vary according to hiring region and target branch.

Continuous Hiring

  • Announcements are posted on our website whenever personnel recruitment is required for new hires.

New/Experienced Hires

  • Professionals are hired in various fields during the New/Experienced Hires period each year.

HR Database Registration

  • Application forms for each occupational group are regularly accepted and managed during unofficial hiring periods, and hiring is conducted by referring to the database whenever personnel recruitment is required.

Application: Apply after verifying the 'Hiring Announcement' for hiring sectors. Register in the HR pool for available sectors that are not currently hiring.

Document Review: Application review and examination of applicant's basic skill set

  • Care should be taken when applying online to include all pertinent information including academic major, transcripts, and personal statements.
  • Acceptance will be canceled regardless of hiring status if any information in the application is determined to be false.

Interview: Verification of applicant's academic major, job knowledge, competence, etc., and determination of compliance with company HR standards

  • 1st Interview: Interview with hiring staff for determination of job competency (Two-course entrance examination conducted for New Hires).
  • 2nd Interview: Personality Test and Executive Interview for applicants who successfully pass the 1st Interview (PT Interviews conducted for Experienced Hires).

Final Acceptance: Consultations for position, benefit levels, and date of hire conducted within 3 to 4 days after being notified of acceptance.
